- the license is non-exclusive. the same beat may be licensed to others.
- the beat itself may not be resold, re-licensed, or redistributed as-is, including in sample packs or beat stores.
- content-id registration of the beat or of the beat alone is not permitted.
- ownership of the underlying composition remains with nevere.

termination
violation of these conditions ends the license. continued use after termination is unauthorized.
